FlexPET B.V. is a hybrid packaging specialist founded in 2010 and headquartered at Werktuigweg 20 in Zeewolde, the Netherlands. We combine our own manufacturing with distribution, so brands in food, beverage, pharma and personal care work with one partner for standard PET packaging from stock and for custom shapes designed in 3D. Our assortment of PET bottles, jars, closures, pumps and sprayers is one of the fastest growing in the industry and is produced at sites in the United Kingdom, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Slovenia, Poland and the Netherlands. Quality is certified: ISO 9001:2015 by Lloyd's, ISO 15378 for pharmaceutical packaging and ISO 15593 for food packaging. Customers include Revlon, Unilever, Van Delft, Lakrids by Bülow, Culti and Eley. FlexPET is part of the Frapak Packaging group, which adds decoration, custom development and a broad closure programme to the offer.

Manufacturer and distributor in one
Most suppliers either make packaging or trade it. FlexPET does both. Our own factories produce the standard families of PET bottles and jars with matching closures; our warehouse in Zeewolde stocks them for fast delivery. Besides our standard packaging we specialise in custom shapes, designed with our 3D design capabilities and produced on our own lines. The result is one partner for the whole route from idea to pallet.

Making PET products since 2010
Standard ranges, straight from stock
Our Tall Boston Round bottles are stocked in 50 ml, 100 ml, 200 ml, 250 ml and 500 ml, all with a standard 24-410 neck finish. Our 70 mm Straight Cylindrical jars are stocked in 100 ml, 150 ml, 200 ml, 250 ml and 300 ml. Both series are available in 100% recycled PET and ship from warehouse stock with a minimum order of one pallet.

Lightweight
PET packaging can be extremely lightweight, often less than 10% of the weight of similar packaging in glass. Lower weight directly reduces transport costs and adds convenience for the consumer.
Shatterproof
PET packaging is virtually unbreakable, which makes it the preferred material for fillers and end users in every environment: at home, on the supermarket shelf, in hospitals, laboratories and offices.
Recyclable
PET can be recycled perfectly, even in a full closed loop, cradle to cradle. Used PET packaging is collected and reworked into rPET granulate that becomes perfect packaging again.
Barrier properties
Of today's standard plastics for packaging, PET is one of the best performing materials for barrier properties and chemical resistance.
