Who is responsible
FlexPET B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, is the controller for the processing of personal data on this website. Questions about privacy: sales@flexpet.eu.
Which data we process and why
- Contact form: name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number (optional) and your message. Purpose: answering your question, sending samples or a quotation. Legal basis: performance of a (pre-)contract and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Retention: as long as needed to handle your request and for a maximum of two years after the last contact, unless a customer relationship follows.
- Website statistics (Google Analytics 4): anonymised usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate location at city level, IP address anonymised). Purpose: improving the website. Legal basis: your consent via the cookie banner. Retention at Google: 14 months.
- Server logs: IP address, time and requested page, kept by our hosting provider for security purposes for a maximum of 30 days. Legal basis: legitimate interest (security).
Processors
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4), only after consent, with IP anonymisation and Consent Mode v2.
- Web3Forms, which delivers contact form submissions to our mailbox and does not store them after delivery.
- Our hosting provider (content delivery network) for serving the website.
Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area only under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Send your request to sales@flexpet.eu; we respond within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
The website is served over HTTPS with security headers. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted. Access to your data is limited to the sales team.
