High-end production facility
Our own factory in Slovenia produces PET bottles, jars and closures under ISO 9001, ISO 15378 and ISO 15593, with a Class D clean room for pharmaceutical packaging.

FlexPET operates a high-end production facility in Slovenia, complemented by manufacturing in the United Kingdom, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Poland and the Netherlands. The factory is ISO 9001:2015 certified by Lloyd's. For pharmaceutical packaging it is certified according to ISO 15378 and operates a Class D clean room; pharma products are packed automatically into double-sealed PE brick-packs and are never touched by human hands, exposed to open air or in contact with cardboard. For food packaging the factory is certified according to ISO 15593, with all relevant migration tests done according to EC 10/2011. Quality above quantity is the rule: our in-house R&D team checks each manufactured product for quality and leak issues, and more than 1000 leak-free trials guarantee that our closures and finger sprayers work seamlessly with our bottles and jars. The result is packaging you can fill with confidence.

Our pharma products are automatically packed into double-sealed PE brick-packs. The products are not exposed to open air, are never touched by human hands and are at no time in direct contact with cardboard. Production takes place in our clean room, Class D in operation, which creates a clean environment for the production of your pharmaceutical packaging.

Sustainability is built in: PET containers in 100% recycled PET from post-consumer resin and HDPE bottles with 100% recycled content.
